carb cycling I would go down to 100 carbs on low days and high carbs can go even closer to 700 bro
100 is too low for me, will crash my strength and sleep
This is not a dedicated fat loss phase, I would say it's rather a brief break from the previous bulking phase, aimed at regaining high insulin sensitivity and solid gains, but I'm sure if I do 100C on low days it would be a better cut.

This was a difficult decision for me cuz I wanted to see how much weight I could gain by bulking throughout the entire cycle, with a goal of 40-50 lbs. However, I still chose to take a break after achieving these gains, aiming to get over 30lbs throughout the cycle while also focusing on achieving a more vascular appearance.

@co8ba I get that 100 grams carbs is low bro lets get it closer to 200 those days then you dont need to go too low if you feel good on the gains at the 200 level

So, I take Anavar half an hour before training, and I sweat a lot in the first 20 minutes, the pump is incredible, and I feel the difference since the first day from Anavar, now it has been 3 days, and my libido is through the roof, horney 24/7, sleep is crashed at the first day, been better yesterday

You can always mini cut bro, I’ve done that mid bulk. About 2 weeks at a 1k deficit puts my insulin sensitivity and primes me for more muscle loading

You can always mini cut bro, I’ve done that mid bulk. About 2 weeks at a 1k deficit puts my insulin sensitivity and primes me for more muscle loading
