Good back training, chin ups is perfect, you should try to go for max 5 sets to burn out.

Put on an old shirt and loved the feeling of it being so tight on my arms . Went to a smokehouse for dinner.
Brooo the tight sleeves is the best feeling, like a pat on the pack confirming the hard work is paying off haha.
 
Does 6 sets count with the change or grip. Or you saying 5 x sets of each ?
For grip, if you can pull off 5 sets each grip thats perfect, not sure your time.

Great job on the shoulder exercises

make sure you are working on Mobility exercises as well to keep them loose
 
love an iso-lateral shoulder press machine!
Especially when it gets a bit hard to get 45kg+ DB's to the starting position on a bench!

I did some basketball in the heat today just before. Dripping in sweat at the moment
