Put on an old shirt and loved the feeling of it being so tight on my arms . Went to a smokehouse for dinner.
For grip, if you can pull off 5 sets each grip thats perfect, not sure your time.Does 6 sets count with the change or grip. Or you saying 5 x sets of each ?
