Chest Cable low fly

Tricep Rope pull downs

Single arm dumbell overhead tricep

Felt nice and full in the gym, training with the cousin which has been a nice addition, he's a good training partner and doesn't want to slack off which is nice compared to some that your always waiting on or they cancel on you, his training is coming along nicely too

my goodness, 300 kg is no joke.
 
This was some food from yesterday, food is pretty average at the moment at work,

No grill for night time so can't get my steaks or grilled chicken, but hopefully they get the grill fixed soon

Also yesterday had 2 protein shakes and 4 poached eggs for breakfast on wholemeal toast, no pics of those as I forgot
