This was some food from yesterday, food is pretty average at the moment at work,

No grill for night time so can't get my steaks or grilled chicken, but hopefully they get the grill fixed soon

Also yesterday had 2 protein shakes and 4 poached eggs for breakfast on wholemeal toast, no pics of those as I forgot

It's the poor restaurant from work, the food is alright just not ideally what I'd have while the grill is out of action uno, they doing some kitchen Reno's up here so the quality of food isn't what it normally is

Really enjoying doing legs twice a week, hopefully after this cycle I notice some changes

Was supposed to be leg day last night however had to change rooms at work then get back and go to unlock the door, key doesn't work, walk back to main office get a new key, that key doesn't work, third times lucky but at this point I was over it and decided to have a rest day and do legs tomorrow,
