The food looks like from a restaurant broThis was some food from yesterday, food is pretty average at the moment at work,
No grill for night time so can't get my steaks or grilled chicken, but hopefully they get the grill fixed soon
Also yesterday had 2 protein shakes and 4 poached eggs for breakfast on wholemeal toast, no pics of those as I forgot

Next time do no weight squats in roomWas supposed to be leg day last night however had to change rooms at work then get back and go to unlock the door, key doesn't work, walk back to main office get a new key, that key doesn't work, third times lucky but at this point I was over it and decided to have a rest day and do legs tomorrow,
