Slept 7.5 hrs

Tried to go to the gym last night, was all ready, got changed and headed there, but work had closed it as there was some water leaks from the rain we had all day yesterday,

They put it down as a safety issue,

So went back to the room and did some body weight push ups, not the push style workout I thought I was gonna have, but will try again tonight and hopefully the gym has been fixed

keep a set of dumbbells at home bro i do that for moments like this

Feeling good man, still on a cruise atm, ill be home on Tuesday and get bloods a few days later and if all is well, then it's time to blast and see what numbers I can get too

@codezz This is the way to do it, man. I like the different exercises you're doing, and I like to repetitions. You're going High rep on certain lifts and you're going low rep on others.

Thanks man, I feel it works for me, I pull up sore the day after with Dom's, but sometimes if I could do a couple more reps I would

@codezz bro nice yo getting good sleeps. I usually get 3 or 4 hours. But they say crazy people don't need as much sleep. We can get away from much less.

@codezz whenever i get DOMS i just get in an extra hour or two of sleep. that always works for me. keep the grind going!

Thats it man, sometimes I feel good on less sleep but then the days do catch h up with me during the week but then I feel good on a rest day and actually rest up
