They put it down as a safety issue,
So went back to the room and did some body weight push ups, not the push style workout I thought I was gonna have, but will try again tonight and hopefully the gym has been fixed

@codezz This is the way to do it, man. I like the different exercises you're doing, and I like to repetitions. You're going High rep on certain lifts and you're going low rep on others.Slept 7 hrs

@codezz bro nice yo getting good sleeps. I usually get 3 or 4 hours. But they say crazy people don't need as much sleep. We can get away from much less.Slept 7 hrs

Thats it man, sometimes I feel good on less sleep but then the days do catch h up with me during the week but then I feel good on a rest day and actually rest up@codezz bro nice yo getting good sleeps.
