Leg press
Warm up, 150kg 20 reps
Set 1, 190kg, 15 reps
Set 2, 230kg, 15 reps
Set 3, 270kg, 12 reps
Set 4 - 5, 320kg,12 reps
Leg extension #2
Set 1 - 4, 52.50kg, 15 reps
Lunges on Smith machine
Set 1 - 2, 30kg, 14 reps each side
Set 3 - 4, 40kg, 12 reps each side
Laying down hamstring curl
Set 1 - 5, 58kg, 15 reps
Calf raises
Set 1 - 4, 40kg, 20 reps
Nice Leg session, will change up some of the exercises next swing, to keep me on my toes and for a different feel
