dips are no joke. Some big dudes at the gym can't even do them.

Just be a little careful, you don't want to strain your shoulders too much doing them.

Had tonight and yesterday off the gym, just got home last night from 2 weeks away, been resting and getting back into family time, the Easter bunny comes tomorrow since the little one won't know any different, since I was away and just missed out,
