Shoulder work out

DB over head press
Warm-up 20kg, 10 reps
Warm-up # 2, 30kg, 8 reps
Set 1, 40kg, 8 reps
Set 2, 50kg, 4 reps, failed the 1st attempt to get them up, but got them on the 2nd attempt
Set 3 - 5 40kg, 10 reps

Rear delt reverse pec deck
Set 1 - 4, 54kg, 15 reps

Seated Front raises
Set 1 - 4, 12kg, 15reps

Cable Side raises
Set 1 - 4, 7.25kg, 15reps

Barbell shrugs
Set 1 - 4, 80kgs, 20reps


Finally got the 50s up even though it was only for 4 reps, just hard swinging them up from the knees while seated, but ill get there again
@codezz 9 hours of sleep is superb. You keep that up. You'll be able to recover from any workout you want.

N, thankfully while I'm off work I can get 9hrs or more a night, but when at work it's more 6 to 7hrs but that's all good, catch up when im home

@codezz This is some strong iron training for sure. You're throwing the iron around like it's nothing. Good job. I like the High Reps.

@codezz Sleep is your biggest weapon with a workout like that. Keep up the good work and keep grinding.

bro i a nice guy. i believe in texas hospitality which why when you cum to visit you can sleep on haystack in barn

Set 7, 160kg, 1 rep, watch the video, I felt i had it but the spotter grabbed the bar so I won't count it but next time it's mine
Set 8 - 10, 120kgs, 8 reps


Next time no spotter, or ill tell the spotter only grab it when I've failed and the bar is on my chest

Set 1 - 4, weight stack 8, 12 reps


Dips
Set 1 - 4, bodyweight, 12 reps


Chest Cable low fly
Set 1 - 4, 8kg, 15 reps


Tricep Rope pull downs
Set 1 - 4, 32kg, 15 reps


Double arm dumbell overhead tricep
Set 1 - 4, 38kg, 15reps


Was a great session untill I left the gym, my car wouldn't start, then had to walk home, like 5 mins away in the freezing cold, grab a new car, try jump start the old car, didn't work, had to call RAC to come and save the day, found out it was a blown fuse, managed to get it going and then went home,

But I feel this all happened after the spotter stole the 1 rep on the 160kg haha

But definitely feel strong coming into week 4 of @ODINLABS oils

Lets see what the rest of the weeks hold for me
