Thats it man, been the the biggest at school drop off and pick up and hopefully the kids will leave my kids along from bullying, she's only in yr 2 but uno how it goes these days, no issues so far haha
Some slightly older kid in the indoor play centre was bit rough with my young bloke , a couple of times. On the last occasion where he hit him. I said to the mum who witnessed and to her credit told the boy off. I said “ whatever your son does next to my boy I’m gunna do to his dad (who was sitting to the side)

He cracked turned around to her and said if you don’t settle down I’m gunna belt the fuck out of your boyfriend (sitting next to her). Haha. He shit himself and said to his Mrs yeah calm down a little lol

Cheers man, that was the plan last night to add some at the end, but both pull up machines were taken for Dips and chins, back at work and the gym is busy as 😔

Good sleep almost 8 hours today. A lot of leg pressing, big legs on the way. :D
 
Not bad 7.5 hours of sleep goes a long way
 
Hopefully some growth, last night's workout was more leg press focussed but will add Squats back in soon enough
