@rodannis789 Fasted cardio 30 mins is a good move to shred fat, especially with your goal around 180. Keep grinding and drop those new pics at 200lbs to track progress.

1/2 scoop cbum raw

Bench- 185 for 6.
Squat- 275 for 5.
Deadlift- 245 for 6.

Diet-
