Ive used the hyde jaw breaker pretty good tasting stuff.Yesterday was my first day of anadrol. 50 mg sublingually 1 hour before my workout.
Pre-workout-
1/2 scoop Hyde nightmare jawbreaker
1/2 scoop cbum raw
Forgot syringes at gmas house so today is going to be my first pjn. 200 mg. Then 100 mg every other day.
Workout-
Bench- 185 for 6.
Squat- 275 for 5.
Deadlift- 245 for 6.
Diet-
Protein shake 3x
Taco salad 2x
Macros
1800 cals, 200 g protein
Today's workout will be a full body hypertrophy. Low volume. Heavy lifts tomottow- doing 4 reps for SBD.
