Not sure if I should do a workout today, or if I should save myself for squat bench and deaflift tomorrow. It would be a light full body day.
 
Workout-
Bentover Row- 205 for 2 sets of 6
Romanian deadlift- 205 for 2 sets of 6
Lat Pulldown- 120 for 2 sets of 12
Bicep Curls

Avoided chest and leg activation to be ready for sbd tmrw.

Edge of Insanity Pre-workout

Androl 50 mg
Test prop 100 mg
Secret Supplement 10 mg

Caffiene Consumption- 525 mg (do not recommend for most)
Nicotine Consumption- 7 6 mg pouches
Calories- 1800
Protein- 210 grams

Bodyweigt- 202 pounds. Visibly leaner, but anadrol is holding a ton of water.

Bench- 225 for 5
Deadlift- 315 for 5

Thursday, week 5
Fukl body

Friday w 5
Squat- 405 for 3
-315 for 8
Bench- 245 for 3
205 for 8
Deadlift- 365 for 3
275 for 8

Saturday w 5
Full body

Sunday w 5
Squat 365 for 8
Bench 225 for 8
Deadlift 315 for 8

Monday w 6
Full body

Tuesday w 6
Light singles
Squat 405
Bench 245
Deadlift 365

Wednesday Thursday w 6
Rest days for peak

Friday w 6
PEAK DAY
Squat goal- 445
Bench goal- 275
Deadlift goal- 405

DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY OBJECTIONS?
Any ideas of what I could change, implement, how you would fix it. This is the first time I've done a strength peak and I designed it myself. I'm not the best hut help would be appreciated.
On Sunday, w 5, the secret supplement dose will be bumped up to 20 mg.
 
Going to have cals around 2000. Maintenance is around 3100 according yo online calculators. Can hopefully break 195 while still hitting these goals.

I say just make sure not to go to failure on your full body days. Keep reps higher and controlled. Tempo. Slow down fast up.

I think it will do good for you. I know of at least one IPF hall of famer does sbd 3 times per week. Just make sure to stop the 2nd full body day after you get stronger as you will be overtraining. I only do one accessory day per week.

Ok thanks man, I will for sure listen to that advice. I'm not strong enough for it to be overtraining yet, but that might be coming soon. The body is feeling good so we'll see.

Failed 355? I think misgroove I'm working out on dirt right now
Deadlift- 305 for 4

1800 cals
200 g protein
