Ok, I will not go to failure, thanks. How does the structure look for the strength portion of this?I say just make sure not to go to failure on your full body days. Keep reps higher and controlled. Tempo. Slow down fast up.
I think it will do good for you. I know of at least one IPF hall of famer does sbd 3 times per week. Just make sure to stop the 2nd full body day after you get stronger as you will be overtraining. Everything felt heavy I think I took my secret supplement and anadrol wayyy to soon in reference to my workout. I dont think it was in bloodstream.
