Bench- 235 for 5
Squat- 355 for 4
Deadlift- 355 for 2
The anadrol and secret supplement are helping immensely. Today's workout was going to be heavy singles in prep for Friday, but I am only going to go up to a triple for bench and deadline. I am going to completely skip out on squats- my knees feel horrible.
On Friday, I know for sure ill be able to hit 405 on squat, but with my knees I'm going to call it at 365. Deadlift I'm going to push to 385-405. Bench I'm calling it at 255- my old max was 215 and I don't want to lush my tendons too much.
During my pct and next bulk, I am going to do bpv157 injected into my knees on leg day, 2x a week, 500 mcg bilaterally. It has already been ordered from stratelabs. On my next bulk I will implement test cyp, npp, and test no Ester. I am also going to try out some of stratelabs injectable sarms. I know you guys are against inject sarms, but I'm a lab rat. I'm ready. After Friday I'm going to do a 6-ish week cut to go from 210 (water bloat from a bombs, plus slight caloric surplus) to around 190-ish.
That is going to be during the pct. After that, depending on bloodwork, I will fo a bulk cycle at around 800 MG of gear, inject sarms, bpc, and possibly peg-mgf in my pebble delts and hamstrings.
