Approved Log 2025 Growth Phase - Testosterone Masteron HGH Cycle Log

Blood test done this morning ✅ Results should be back in a few days.

Bumped calories again, up into a -250 cal deficit.

@Npcclassicphysique champ pics to come in the coming days, just need a chance to organise with my friend to take some. Would rather get some good photos than some poorly done selfies.

Upped both my semaglutide and tren this week. Semaglutide was starting to falter and the tren is doing such a great job with nil side effects.

Training is feeling better, weight is starting to feel easier again and hoping once I hit maintenance I can return to progressive overload efforts.

PEDS: As listed in prior posts, tren A now at 280mg/wk, semaglutide now 2mg/wk.

Supplements: As listed in prior posts

All in all, great results. My progesterone is a little high, as to be expected on tren; and likewise my ALT is slightly elevated which at a guess is due to the Accutane. Cholesterol has taken a hit but I expect this to change once tren has ceased - managing now with citrus bergamot and red yeast rice extract.

GH came back with a great reading and is clearly working its magic.

Total and free test are lower than expected, I’ve reached out to Notorious Labs @bigdawg1 now about this result and I’m sure we will get to the bottom of it.

@LevButlerov - two things I think about eating this much on semaglutide - meals are lengthy (40+ mins) to get down all the food, and I also think tren has increased my appetite. This is probably actually my new maintenance calories I think, as the scale is staying the same day in and out. Some days I’ll break meal 4 into two smaller meals but just haven’t got around to making the change when I log.

@Mobster yeap 45kg a side for DB bench

Very nice update. It's good to see your blood work being posted.

Nice job on the meals, you're making me hungry.
I gotta get me a nice porterhouse steak sometime.

Nice consistency to your work out.

And you're drinking 4 L of water. That's really good.

Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1) sat down and schooled me on what numbers I should be expecting in peak and trough - reassuring me both the total test and free test are spot on for the 250mg dosage I’m taking. Grateful to be part of this team who not only have killer products but superb knowledge of PEDs and wraparound support too.

All in all very happy with the bloods and feedback I’ve gotten, as well as where my body sits at leading into this maintenance period/ recomp.

@Arabian, @JasonPriest, @Wootoom, @2Thick, @Ulter, @chesty, @ROIDDERS thanks for the encouragement and support everyone

@Quadsweep thats what I thought about the ALTs as well!

@BodyMonster34 I currently take 2000mg NAC a day for liver support which seems to do a good job. Could throw in TUDCA but seems like overkill.

@ceo I’ve got to cut back on the blueberries I think, they’re slightly expensive here in Aus!
