Approved Log 2025 Growth Phase - Testosterone Masteron HGH Cycle Log

Not a lot to report! Picked up some veges and by including them had to reduce the amount of chicken I’m eating - the semaglutide has greatly increased the rate at which I’m satiated at and with that has come much smaller portions.

Another super smooth pin this morning courtesy of Notorious Labs ( @bigdawg1 ). I draw the test + mast in the same needle and it’s hardly noticeable (if at all) and no PIP after. Rotating between quads, glutes and delts for injection sites at the moment. Currently using 1” needle tips but will be trying out 5/8” tips in the coming weeks.

@Mobster - haha yeah a lot of tattoos - I try to blur the largest/ most identifiable ones (ie. my stomach) but there’s only so much I can do without blurring out my entire picture lol

@Npcclassicphysique champ for sure high protein is here to stay, thanks for your guidance and input so far bro

@Golden_Circle you're trying hard thats the key :D and we appreciate you putting up pics and even blurring what you can.

The food is high protein still thats what you need to do, but get psyllium husk in your diet you'll need it with semagltudie.

do you feel just satiated or do you feel hypo at all ?

Finally some noticeable scale weight drop! Down 3kg since starting this log - which isn’t bad for 2 or so weeks of work (knowing some of this is water weight however).

Diet is finally getting dialled in. Thanks everyone for your input as I’ve slowly adjusted things - feeling good with the extra vege onboard. Will be reincorporating some red meat in the weeks to come but for now won’t mess with what’s working. @LevButlerov will get some psyllium husk (or a similar fibre supplement) to incorporate, definitely need to up the fibre.

@stevesmi , feeling satiated after meals and not hypo at all (assuming you mean hypoglycaemic).

A day off training today as I got some more tattoos - making this a three day weekend for rest and healing.

LOL that's what I thought

That's great, man, that's your correcting things as you go. That's why we recommend these logs.

Absolutely man. Vegetables are a great weapon with 99% of people.

I'm glad you're going to increase the amount.

A good trick. I learned with vegetables is get a rice cooker.

You can boil and steam them in one of those no problem.

Nice job with the weight training Squat and leg, to back is no joke.

A great job, man. I love the chicken breast and vegetable mix.

And avocado is excellent. Good fats.

bros semaglutide working good for you.
that a good sign

Looking great, man. Keep up the good work.

This is going to be a nice recomposition, you're gonna grow muscle and cut fat together.

@Golden_Circle Good work so far bro.........

Another quiet weekend and tattoos healed enough to get back into the gym (with a good wipe down during and after).

Strength continues to go up as scale weight goes down, more progress pics to come tomorrow.

All the compounds working as they should, shakes have tapered off with the clen so now enjoying minimal, if any, sides. Today’s the start of week 3 and I’m loving the results so far.

@zedhed really enjoying the logging process - made far more progress in the short time so far than I would have having been part of the process

@Shrine that does sound like a good trick! I just use microwave steam veggies for convenience at the moment.

@Zyglamail legs are a brutal day - got to push it for growth!

@BookerTNY I too love the fasted cardio haha - it’s a great start to the day.

@sambee38 chicken breast and veggies - the classic bodybuilding combo hey

@Austin316 yeap, eating until satiated - typically I’ll finish my meal but if I’m full before eating the entire portion I don’t push myself to finish.

@ceo semaglutide is a wonder drug! Really useful tool for cutting or even maintenance. Glad I’m a good responder

@Quadsweep if I have a slight recomposition amidst this cut that would be amazing. Seems to be the case so far but will see if I’m able to continue to build muscle as the cut continues. Either way it’s a win

@BodyMonster34 couldn’t think of a better cellie, I got your back haha

@JasonPriest got to make sure I’m doing all the basics well if I’m running all these compounds.

@caligirl85, @LevButlerov, @Noah Wixx , @Tiger Salman Khan thanks for the encouragement!
