you going to add them now bro? @Golden_Circle@Npcclassicphysique champ yet to add in a fibre supplement or probiotics, thanks for the reminder - I’ve been meaning to.
the diet is good but like i said lacking digestive aids broThanks everyone for your well wishes and support
@Oracle911 calories and diet are going really well - with semaglutide on board there’s been very minimal amounts of time where I’ve had cravings/ hunger which has gone a long was in terms of minimising diet fatigue. Food is a little bland but worth the trade off. And yeap, running 1mg/ week of semaglutide
@stevesmi - he was just driving and got hit.
@2Thick - I’m struggling with the amount of food to eat in one portion now that I’ve added in more veges. I think I’d have to reduce portions further to fit it in - the semaglutide greatly limits the amount I can eat at one time.
@Npcclassicphysique champ yet to add in a fibre supplement or probiotics, thanks for the reminder - I’ve been meaning to.
@Mobster damn man sorry to hear - hope they have a speedy recovery.
@25homes, @Ulter, @e2 and @Wootoom thanks for the encouragement
At the lightest weight I’ve been in almost a decade.

@Golden_Circle Solid updates bro........Quiet weekend of rest with some time spent at the hospital with my friend who is recovering.
@Oracle911 cheat code is a good way to frame up the glp1’s! Latest on cycle - hair growth is kicking off like crazy (unsure whether it’s the mast, test or GH or synergy of the three), *slightly* drier look and some new veins coming in. Absolutely killer sleep at the moment with the GH, sitting at 5IU - it’s a noticeable improvement on 3IU and 4IU dosages.
Cruising through with minimal if any hunger on a semi-aggressive deficit (-750cals). At the lowest weight I’ve been in a decade. Despite weight loss and the deficit strength continued to go up.
All in all, consistently getting the work done as I should, and this is immensely helped out by the PEDs I have onboard.
@Npcclassicphysique champ I’ve picked up a fibre supplement but am reading mixed evidence about the use of probiotics. Definitely not against them, just unable to make sense of the literature as to whether there is a clear cut benefit. Also are there particular digestive aids you are referring to? I’m pretty unfamiliar with digestive aids as a whole
@ballin2504 and @25homes cheers brothers!
Shout out to Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1 ) for making this all possible!
New progress pics to come tomorrow

@Golden_Circle i dont know about websites bro mainstream stuff, but i tell you from bodybuilding probiotics are a must for gut healthContinuing to drop weight!
@Npcclassicphysique champ examine.com does a solid review of probiotics bro - there’s not a lot of high grade evidence supporting their use outside of specific scenarios ie after a course of antibiotics.
Digestive enzymes definitely make sense man, I’ll pick some up in the coming days - do you have a brand you recommend?
Log sponsor is Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1) who have generously provided a bunch of their killer products for the log.
@Tiger salmon khan cheers bro

@Golden_Circle waiting for you to come back and for now you stay on your diet please.Down at 100kg! 4.5kg down from the start point. No training today besides a walk in the morning as we are preparing for a cyclone. I’ll likely be MIA for a few days while I navigate making it through the coming wild weather.
@Npcclassicphysique champ thats a good point man, I hadn’t considered the probiotics from a bodybuilding standpoint. I’ll grab some probiotics when I can.
Definitely going to try get the deads up to 15 next week (provided gyms are open). It may be home workouts for a few weeks in the event the gyms flood. Definitely not ideal but making I’ll be making the most out of whatever the circumstances may present.
