38 years young always been to and from the gym since early 20s. I’d get strong and lose weight but never stuck to it longer than 6 months. I’ve always been the big boy, always fat.
I’ll lay out a bit of a timeline for you boys and girls.

Last year decided to start getting serious about getting back into the gym and paying more attention my nutrition.

I hired a coach for nutrition and training, started first proper blast.
While cutting I was running at peak,
Test e 400mg MWTS
Mast e 650mg MWTS
Anavar 25mg ED
Clen 80mcg ED
I went from 104kg to 87kg pics below. I cut hard with the coach for a total of 22 weeks.
3/2025
Went to maint calories at around 3000 held for about 2 weeks. Gear stayed the same.
Fast forward to now!
94kg fasted. I’ve put some fat on since I cut finished but fuck all.

60% carbs around weight session, on rest days evenly spread across the day. I run carb powder pre/intra/post - 25/50/25g along with an EAA.
Low fats until around smoko 9-10am
Chicken and rice for most meals across the day with dates and bananas sometimes apples and berries, veggies at night with dinner mainly low starch. Carrot cauliflower broccoli, sometimes salad.
-training-
I train around 4am, some weekends when I’m not working I train a tad later after a sleep in! 5 day split changes every 6-8 weeks. New program starting next week
