Last year decided to start getting serious about getting back into the gym and paying more attention my nutrition.

While cutting I was running at peak,

I went from 104kg to 87kg pics below. I cut hard with the coach for a total of 22 weeks.

Went to maint calories at around 3000 held for about 2 weeks. Gear stayed the same.

Hahahaha, I’ve had problems with my shoulders for as long as I can remember. Currently slamming bpc157 into them. Sore shoulders has hindered my chest training
add tb500 to the bpc into the shoulder bro
