Friday Legs/ham focus + calves



Wake up 3am

Shake (electrolytes, creatine 5g, carb powder 25g carbs, collagen)

Vitamins + liver defence

Pre workout non stim pump

Caffeine 200mg

Methylene blue 6 drops

300mg l-carnitine pinned quad



4am training

Leg curl 3 x 10-15

Squats 2 sets 8-10

Lying leg curl 3 x 10-12

RDL 3 x 6-10

Single leg curl machine 2 x 12-15

Walking lunges 2 x 15 reps each leg

Standing calf raises 3 x 15

seated calf raises 3 x 8-10



Post workout meal was my usual shake (50g protein, 25g carbs, 5g creatine)

Cereal 90g carbs

Banana 25g carbs



Calories slightly changed 3240cal

250g protein

425g carbs

60g carbs



10k steps and dropped all cardio

NPP is feeling good on my joints!

Bloods getting drawn Monday and I’ll post pics this weekend.
