@Dr. Dolittle A excellent job, man. I like your current protocol. That's some excellent amount of Primo, you should get excellent results. Arnold used to run 700 or 800 mg a week too.

Are you sacrificing Protein for carbs ? Is that how you got it structured, im only curious because when i was at 3300 calories a day i was at 300g of protein a day.
