Hey lads, sorry been quiet on here, got a pretty nasty chest infection so basically been on low day cals and recovering all week, many times before i go back to the gym too early then end up worse, this time i figured ive been beating my body pretty heavily a week off could do it some good so i can hit it harder next week, kept everything in, hit my cals, steps half decent until got worse, almost 100 percent now, will be back in the gym now
only new addition is have added in SLU-PP-332 in at 200mcg in morning, and will be dosing pre workout as well so far i have noticed more energy, keen to do pre gym to see full spectrum of benefits as i do HIIT stairs post 3 days a week, and also to see what it does to my food, also most likely going to add some food this week, another 50g carbs on high and low days as weight not titrating up,
Gear will be test 750 mast 400 EQ 200 and see how i feel, moving to a new vendors stuff soon and mg's will change based on how the vials are but super excited to share it and super excited to try.
