Approved Log 2025 Road to Italy Cutting Log

Hello EVOFAM,

This is my new log for again cutting down.

Current weight - 235lb
Goal weight - 220lb (EVOFAM wants 200lb lol)
Food - same, I typically eat a lot of grass fed steak & burger, salmon, and veggies
Gym - typically workout 3-4 days a week 5am - 6:30 always finishing with 30mins cardio unless work gets in the way.

Work did get in the way this morning cutting my work out short, plus time spent signing up with a new gym this morning and I love it.

Can you do 200lbs? I think you can, but we would have to implement some fasting at least a few rolling 72 hour fasts. If we have limited time.

Now I'm not sure when is the Italy trip?

We fly out March 19th 2025. I'll start the cycle & real cutting 1st week of January.

You'll definitely get there. The diet looks fantastic so far.
Staying away from the junk. Food is the key.
