Hello EVOFAM,
This is my new log for again cutting down.
Current weight - 235lb
Goal weight - 220lb (EVOFAM wants 200lb lol)
Food - same, I typically eat a lot of grass fed steak & burger, salmon, and veggies
Gym - typically workout 3-4 days a week 5am - 6:30 always finishing with 30mins cardio unless work gets in the way.
Work did get in the way this morning cutting my work out short, plus time spent signing up with a new gym this morning and I love it.
