@dominion7 this is much better lets stay here but we need to drop the protein a bit so you can get deeper into ketosis. Can you cut the chicken breast and replace it with a chicken leg with skin? so more fats.I have to switch a training day, sometimes I can't get to bed early enough on Sunday night for Monday morning.
