I've got it tucked into my pillow case and sleep on it..it does help..things are loosening up..You should try using a heating pad on your neck. That will help at least calm it down.

So there is no 45lb bar, that's why Total weight equals out to weird number. So 2 plates on each arm would be (90lbs+7lbs for the lever).
Total 97lbs on each arm equaling a total of 194. But on a normal bench would be 225 Total because of the bar.
