8 set pyramid Unilateral Flat Converging Bench Press (weight us weird because each horn is only 7lbs resistance)

Had to work early this morning couldn't go to gym, will try to hit it tomorrow.

Getting food dialed in somewhat, cheating here & there but at this point not worried about it, just glad to be back in the gym

No one counts that. But if the kit is new to you it'll take adjusting too

Here is a pic of the equipment. It is Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Horizontal Bench Press .
So there is no 45lb bar, that's why Total weight equals out to weird number. So 2 plates on each arm would be (90lbs+7lbs for the lever).
Total 97lbs on each arm equaling a total of 194. But on a normal bench would be 225 Total because of the bar.

Bros, you probably got pinched nerves in your neck if you ask me.
 
You should try using a heating pad on your neck. That will help at least calm it down.
 
When your muscles get really stiff, they start pinching the nerves.

That's why you feel the way you do.
 
the discs in your neck/back get pressurized.

you gotta release that and lossen them up.
 
I would get an inversion table and I would go to some hot yoga classes.

It doesn't fit your ideology. I get it, but it really helps. Plus lots of dudes, go to those classes. It's not just a bunch of women like you see on TV.

I would stretch every day with your wife and you should take her to some yoga classes.

My ex was very stubborn. He would not go with me either. But after i gave him a BJ he agreed to go and he liked it. it helped his injuries too.
 
you can always transition to more cardio centric training.
do more swimming and walking etc.

I've got it tucked into my pillow case and sleep on it..it does help..things are loosening up..

I only count the weight of the plates on HS.
