Approved Log 2025 Road to Italy Cutting Log

Quick update:

Saturday
Stretching
3 sets external cable rotations
3 sets internal cable rotations
3 sets Tricep pushdowns
3sets reverse grip pulldowns
3 sets wide grip pulldowns
3 sets pushups
30min cardio


Monday
8 set pyramid Unilateral Flat Converging Bench Press (weight us weird because each horn is only 7lbs resistance)

Had to work early this morning couldn't go to gym, will try to hit it tomorrow.

Getting food dialed in somewhat, cheating here & there but at this point not worried about it, just glad to be back in the gym

@dominion7 nice update and volume in this workout also good work getting some cardio in
 
Alright EVOFAM, I am closing this somewhat of a failed log. This is really my first experience with injury. Although the goal was a failure I have some good takeaways from it.
1) do not underestimate warm-up (especially at my age)
2) even with injury stay on course with diet as much as possible (I've maintained my walk around weight at 235lb, which is good for me. People still ask if I'm losing)
3) do Yoga, this really helped until I was able to get in to my massage therapist. I plan on making yoga a regular routine.
4) lift light & stretch no matter what if you can
5) The EVOFAM will always be there for support.

So, anyway.. we fly out to Italy tomorrow, I feel good, my neck is like 95%, and when I get back I'll be back on my regular routine. First day back to gym after vacation is April 7th. Thanks for the support, love you all bros & sisters... ❤️

and yea injuries suck so bad my shoulder is a mess because of it bro

without yoga i don't know where i would have been

it saved my life after years of pounding at my body

plus never get tired of the HOT yoga chicks in tight pants
 
Bros good for you for realizing that you got humbled.
admitting that you screwed up is a smart thing.
 
Yoga is pretty damn cool.

It's important to be stretching if you're going to be weight training,

Body memory is working against you. That's your main issue.
