My breakfast looks smt like 4 eggs scrambled into peppers, mushrooms, spinach. Two whole grain toast with almond or peanutbutter, side of fruits/oats in greek yogurt.

My lunch looks something like rice and chicken, side of veggies.

My supper looks smt like steak or salmon with potatoes and side of veggies.

Whey protein shake anytime throughout the day.

Mass gainer shake and on hand incase I feel like I need more calories at the end of the day.

The key will be constant sharing so we can make small changes and you can get all the results you want and more. :D

You should use an Ai from day 1, as your primo dose is not high, you might have e2 issues off the bat, or will for sure imo.

I will take a aromasin 12.5 EOD from now on and kickstart with anavar, I also have dbol if thats better to start off with some size and strength.

I will go get some digestive enzymes tomorrow and multi vit/husk.
I will also start writing down my exact workouts and sharing them.

Il send pics of gear but unfortunately I had some 200 mg/ml primo (150$) and dropped the vial and it completely shattered after my first pin… (rip) not a issue because I have some 10 amps of Bayer Primobolan 100mg each until my order of teo vials 200mg/ml nordic primo comes in (should be here next week and I have 3 weeks of the spare bayer)!

I like the 200 mg a milliliter with primo. It’s much easier to inject then 100 mg.

How you gonna tell if you need it?
 
Im going to take it EOD and check bloods on week 4 to see what range E is in, if I feel low/high E until then I will change dosage.

2 eggs, 2 chicken breast, 2 1/2 cups rice mixed with mushrooms and peppers.

Tmr I will post macros with meals, just getting into the habit of logging.

please do not use hcg in pct. it will only prevent recovery.

need to stick to nolva and add some test booster like hcgenerate
 
i wouldn't hit heavy chest and heavy shoulders back to back like that.

no need, since when you train chest you also hit shoulders anyway.
 
I agree with the above don't over-train shoulders.

We've seen countless guys have shoulder problems because they do that.
