Great start to this log so far.

My favorite is the meals, you're posting the chicken breast and the eggs look really good with the rice.
 
Mushrooms are a really underrated type of food.

they are actually really good for your gut and immune system.
 
i like the cycle, you will get good results.

only thing i would change is the PCT needs to be improved but also forget 16 weeks, thats too long. do only 12 weeks

Weekly dose of 500 Test C/250 Primo (Nordic Fusion)
250 iu HCG x 3 weekly

Week 10-16 (Possible)
50mg Anavar

Week 16-18
Cut Test/Primo
HCG 250 iu x 3 (possibly higher dose)

Week 19-22
Cut HCG
Nolvadex 40 mg ED
Cut to 20 mg ED if needed after week 22

Aromasin on hand if needed throughout whole cycle.

Supplements: Creatine, Tudca, Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Co Q-10, Calcium, Potassium, Niacine, Vit D, VitB, Fish Oil blend, Apple cider vinegar, magnesium, tongkat ali, shroomboom.


Monday: Heavy chest
Tuesday: Heavy Shoulders/Tris
Wednesday:Heavy Back/Bis
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Light chest and back
Saturday: Light shoulders and arms
Sunday: Rest
Cardio atleast 2x weekly (Running outside)

Diet: 2700 maintenance so aiming for 500 cal surplus for lean bulk.

My breakfast looks smt like 4 eggs scrambled into peppers, mushrooms, spinach. Two whole grain toast with almond or peanutbutter, side of fruits/oats in greek yogurt.

My lunch looks something like rice and chicken, side of veggies.

My supper looks smt like steak or salmon with potatoes and side of veggies.

Whey protein shake anytime throughout the day.

Mass gainer shake and on hand incase I feel like I need more calories at the end of the day.

I will post pictures of my meals as I change them according to my daily nutritional needs and interchange sides.

I agree with the above don't over-train shoulders.

We've seen countless guys have shoulder problems because they do that.
i wouldn't hit heavy chest and heavy shoulders back to back like that.

no need, since when you train chest you also hit shoulders anyway.
I will say keep that in mind and change some things up, thanks.

Also I will go do bloods in about 3 weeks to see if my e is high enough to be able to add more primo without crashing my E (currently at 250 a week) my idea for this is to only use my aromasin every 3 days from week 2-4 so I can find my range on a lower dose of AI before the bloods then make the adjustments via primo. Tired so hopefully that made sense, APPRECIATE ALL OF YALL FOR THE INSIGHT AND POSITIVITY! EVO FAM RESPECT! Love everyones hustle 💪

Later will have 2 scoops mass gainer (600 cals) with 2 scoops protein whey (40g protein) into blender with banana chia seeds and greek yogurt.
