Diet: 2700 maintenance so aiming for 500 cal surplus for lean bulk.
My breakfast looks smt like 4 eggs scrambled into peppers, mushrooms, spinach. Two whole grain toast with almond or peanutbutter, side of fruits/oats in greek yogurt.
My lunch looks something like rice and chicken, side of veggies.
My supper looks smt like steak or salmon with potatoes and side of veggies.
Whey protein shake anytime throughout the day.
Mass gainer shake and on hand incase I feel like I need more calories at the end of the day.
I will post pictures of my meals as I change them according to my daily nutritional needs and interchange sides.
Yup cutting the HCG before PCT and will get my hands on Hcgenerate. Thanks !please do not use hcg in pct. it will only prevent recovery.

I agree with the above don't over-train shoulders.
We've seen countless guys have shoulder problems because they do that.
I will say keep that in mind and change some things up, thanks.i wouldn't hit heavy chest and heavy shoulders back to back like that.
no need, since when you train chest you also hit shoulders anyway.

Also I will go do bloods in about 3 weeks to see if my e is high enough to be able to add more primo without crashing my E (currently at 250 a week) my idea for this is to only use my aromasin every 3 days from week 2-4 so I can find my range on a lower dose of AI before the bloods then make the adjustments via primo.
