Bfast: 4 eggs, mushrooms, peppers
Lunch: 2 chicken breast, potatoes, broccoli
Dinner: Whole steak, mixed veggies, block of cheddar.

Snacks, greek yogurt, almonds, frozen fruits.

Later will have 2 scoops mass gainer (600 cals) with 2 scoops protein whey (40g protein) into blender with banana chia seeds and greek yogurt.
For bench I go slow on way down, 2 second pause on chest then explode up. 205 went up very smooth and I am sure I will rep 205 for 3-4 and one rep max 225 in next week or two.

I am used to runners high but on my 3rd KM I did a 50 ish yard sprint and received a crazy runners high and the last 2 KM felt like I was floating. Looking forward to more running sessions.

i see you got mass gainer but you know best you use regular protein with honey to make your own mass gainer

Honestly I just feel motivated as F and excited to workout everyday. Pinning makes me feel like I gotta make the best out of every day as far as working out and its made me focus on my health (healthy meals, better sleep schedule).
In a week or two the gear should be at a higher concentration and thats what im really preparing for. Better workouts, consistent meals and good discipline should give me some great results.

Cut to 20 mg ED if needed after week 22

Aromasin on hand if needed throughout whole cycle.

Supplements: Creatine, Tudca, Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Co Q-10, Calcium, Potassium, Niacine, Vit D, VitB, Fish Oil blend, Apple cider vinegar, magnesium, tongkat ali, shroomboom.


Monday: Heavy chest
Tuesday: Heavy Shoulders/Tris
Wednesday:Heavy Back/Bis
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Light chest and back
Saturday: Light shoulders and arms
Sunday: Rest
Cardio atleast 2x weekly (Running outside)

Diet: 2700 maintenance so aiming for 500 cal surplus for lean bulk.

My breakfast looks smt like 4 eggs scrambled into peppers, mushrooms, spinach. Two whole grain toast with almond or peanutbutter, side of fruits/oats in greek yogurt.

My lunch looks something like rice and chicken, side of veggies.

My supper looks smt like steak or salmon with potatoes and side of veggies.

Whey protein shake anytime throughout the day.

Mass gainer shake and on hand incase I feel like I need more calories at the end of the day.

I will post pictures of my meals as I change them according to my daily nutritional needs and interchange sides.

Still eating maintenance but had to eat a couple dirty meals due to travelling.
Using it as a kind of cheat day meal excuse as I don’t usually eat out anymore (chinese, pizza) will be back on the grind and focused tomorrow as it should be resolved.
