Cut to 20 mg ED if needed after week 22
Aromasin on hand if needed throughout whole cycle.
Supplements: Creatine, Tudca, Milk Thistle, Turmeric, Co Q-10, Calcium, Potassium, Niacine, Vit D, VitB, Fish Oil blend, Apple cider vinegar, magnesium, tongkat ali, shroomboom.
Monday: Heavy chest
Tuesday: Heavy Shoulders/Tris
Wednesday:Heavy Back/Bis
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Light chest and back
Saturday: Light shoulders and arms
Sunday: Rest
Cardio atleast 2x weekly (Running outside)
Diet: 2700 maintenance so aiming for 500 cal surplus for lean bulk.
My breakfast looks smt like 4 eggs scrambled into peppers, mushrooms, spinach. Two whole grain toast with almond or peanutbutter, side of fruits/oats in greek yogurt.
My lunch looks something like rice and chicken, side of veggies.
My supper looks smt like steak or salmon with potatoes and side of veggies.
Whey protein shake anytime throughout the day.
Mass gainer shake and on hand incase I feel like I need more calories at the end of the day.
