Nice workJust a quick workout as I have had a little family emergency last couple days and have had to drive couple hours yesterday and tnt to different province to help out my sister.
Still eating maintenance but had to eat a couple dirty meals due to travelling.
Using it as a kind of cheat day meal excuse as I don’t usually eat out anymore (chinese, pizza) will be back on the grind and focused tomorrow as it should be resolved.
