I’ve got a greens mix I drink that has enzymes in it that helps heaps, I’ll get a pic of it and post it upI wish I could eat those beans, but they really mess up my stomach.

Yeah I’m adding in cardio this week! Been slack with it but I get about 7-8ks of walking in at work everyday so I still get plenty of cardio but I’m gonna add some rowing, stair master and bike starting on Monday for a min of 30 mins a dayKeep killing it into the weekend.
