2025 Testosterone + Masteron Cruise Log

Hello! I’m Golden_Circle_v2 (lost access to my original account) and I’m back this time on board with a sponsorship from Exodus Labs (@ExodusLabs) for my coming cruise phase.

I’m a 30yr old male, currently weighing in at 97.8kg, approx 18%BF at 6ft5. Goals for this cruise phase are to return my health markers (as measured by bloodwork) back to baseline or better, put on 2-4kg of lean tissue, share openly and honestly about my both my fitness journey and personal journey, and improve my social & emotional wellbeing.

I’ll post up my initial progress photos this week, and will have comprehensive blood work completed tomorrow with results due back by late this week/early next week (to record a baseline). I’ll also be getting bloods done mid-cruise (10-12 week mark) and at the end (20-26 week mark). I’ll be using an OMRON blood pressure monitor to record any fluctuations in blood pressure. Finally, I hope to afford DEXA scans near the beginning and toward the end of the cruise.

I recently completed a log (which you can find here: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...e-testosterone-masteron-hgh-cycle-log.103087/ ) in which followed my journey as I cut from 105kg to 97kg using a multitude of compounds as part of a "blast" phase.

I’ve run three cycles historically, the first two being Test only (500mg for 16 weeks, and 750mg for 16 weeks). My most recent blast included test, mast, HGH, tren (briefly), clen, and semaglutide.

One important factor that’ll I’ll consistently be working to maintain is sobriety. I relapsed in early April after entering into a deep depression, and have recently returned to a lifestyle of sobriety and abstinence. This cruise phase will form an important part of my early recovery. I am hoping to use fitness and a healthy lifestyle as the core foundation for my physical and mental health, and to encourage the maintenance of my sobriety.

Admittedly, in my previous log, I slightly exaggerated the amount of weight I was lifting. This was with the belief that it was necessary, as to justify the amount of PEDs I was using. In this log, I will be totally transparent about the weights lifted and progress made.

Different to my previous log, where I was logging everyday, I’ll be logging 1-3 times a week with the goal of logging every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (when possible). I found logging everyday quite time consuming and that it took away from time I should have been spending on my other hobbies, and with my loved ones.

I've been running semi-consistent cycles for the past year and a half. While my bloods and cardiology reports have come back in very good health, I would like to use this cruise as an opportunity to give my body a break, and to see whether it's possible to further improve my physical health; along with improving my mental health. I plan to focus significantly less on building muscle (while this does remain a goal), and moreso on improving the psychological factors that go into emotional wellbeing (relationship with diet and exercise, routine, family and friends, and PEDs).

It has been surprisingly difficult adjusting to the idea of changing goals from a focus on building muscle and/or cutting, and with the the amount of PEDs I am using - there's been ongoing temptation to increase the amount of test/mast for the cruise to 300mg/300mg instead of the lower 180mg/180mg with the internal justification being; "the slight increase surely won't have a significant impact on health in relation to the extra amount of anabolism it will allow for". Fortunately, I have been able to reason with this temptation and will be sticking with the 180mg/180mg to ensure optimal health even if at the slight cost of gains.

Cruise Plan: 180mg Test E (M/W/F schedule) - provided by Exodus Labs (@ExodusLabs)
180mg Masteron E (M/W/F schedule) - provided by Exodus Labs (@ExodusLabs)
500mcg HcG (M/W/F schedule) - provided by third party

Weeks 20-26: 40mg Anavar - provided by Exodus Labs (@ExodusLabs)

I'm including Anavar at the end the cruise phase for some fun and to add some lean mass (noting I am aware it goes against the goals of improving health markers and general cruise protocols). I believe Exodus Labs cycle support will provide good protection against any potential harm Anavar could cause; and that continuing to use it after the oral cycle will mitigate any harm done.

Supplements:

Exodus Labs Cycle Support consisting of: 50mg Telmisartan, 500mg Metformin, 30mg Aspirin, 250mg Milk Thistle, 500mg TUDCA, 5mg Cialis, 300mg Alpha GPC, 500mg NAC
NOW Red Omega 3000mg
NOW NAC 1000mg
NOW ADAM Men’s Multivitamin
NOW L-Tyrosine 750mg
Nutricost Citrus Bergamot 1500mg
Zombie Labs End of Dayz Preworkout

As needed:
Exodus Labs Viagra 100mg/Cialis 40mg

Sleep: Typically 9hrs
Water: Typically 3L - 4L

Training: 70mins brisk walk every day

45 mins weightlifting six times weekly (Push/Pull/Legs/Push/Pull/Arms)

Current diet is at maintenance calories (approx. 2.4k), with a focus on getting 220g of protein each day. The exact amount of carbs and fats, provided they are quality, are not of great concern to me provided they fit in the remaining available calories. I'll be playing around with meal timing for optimal wellbeing and recovery overall, as opposed to optimal performance in the gym.

I’m keen to log for a few reasons:
  • To remain accountable not only on my fitness journey but also my recovery journey.
  • Receive advice, feedback and different perspectives
  • Remain consistent and aligned with the goals and approach I have outlined above.
I am very grateful for Exodus Labs (@ExodusLabs) for giving me this opportunity - first pin of their oils today and it was remarkably smooth with nil PIP. I am really looking forward to seeing the efficacy of their cycle support and hope this is reflected in the bloodwork to come. You'll see in the photos the care package that I received - not only are the products high quality (based off other members HPLC testing, and the smoothness of the oil noted above), but they are also incredibly good-looking.

Also, massive shout out to Notorious Labs (@bigdawg1) who provided me with the absolutely gorgeous primo pictured - I had originally planned to use primo as part of this cruise phase before switching it up last minute to masteron after some PED guidance from an experienced peer.

Look forward to the coming 5-6 months, and the gains (both physical and mental) to come!

Excellent day today - 18 days sober and kicked off the day with a strong back/biceps workout. Each day of sobriety is getting easier, days are improving and I'm slowly finding my way back to myself. My lifts aren't as strong as they previously have been - I lost a lot of strength during my relapse. Thankfully it is returning quickly and muscle memory is kicking in. Great pump and mind-muscle connection this morning. I think using fast-acting carbs (today was cereal and some M&M's) helped create the conditions for this pump + mind-muscle connection to occur.

Feeling good mentally - proud of myself for maintaining sobriety, sticking to the gym and eating well. After the workout today, I spent most of the day getting tattooed - with the amount and placement of the ink I got today I'm going to take a week off the gym to ensure the tattoos heal well. Last time I got tattooed, I returned straight to the gym the next day and unfortunately the tattoo got infected which has resulted in scarring and the tattoo I got being blown out. I'll up my cardio to 2hrs a day (two 60 minute walks AM/PM) during this coming week to makeup for the missed workouts. Exercise - whatever form - really helps clear my mind, improve my mood, and with this forms an essential foundation of my sobriety.

I've put up my initial progress pictures - unlike my previous log, I haven't blurred my tattoos. This should allow for greater clarity around my current body composition and as time moves forward any progress made. I'd appreciate any feedback on current strong areas/ weak areas and suggestions on how to improve.

Finally, I pinned @ExodusLabs test E + the Geneza Mast E they provided this morning - again, super smooth and nil PIP. Bloodwork from yesterday is still yet to come back, should be here by Friday.

what happened to your last account access bro?

and we did see pics of you confirming its you thats cool i understand it
lets get more updates and pics up and you training before we get approval

@Npcclassicphysique champ lost my old phone which had my email access and password to it. Here's todays update for you - also noting I may move this log over to Elite Fitness next week after some guidance from Eddie Haskell.

Another great day - albeit haven't trained at the gym since Wednesday to allow my tattoos to heal. Definitely missing the mental benefits and sense of achievement I get out of each session. I've also only been able to do one walk each day so far as the swelling on the leg tattoo has yet to subside + is still quite painful to move.

I've been getting less sleep than usual lately - generally I would be getting 9hrs, however I've recently started a new medication which seems to be affecting my sleep slightly. Sleep quality is still good and the reduced amount of sleep doesn't seem to be affecting my level of alertness during the day. Ideally I'll be working towards getting at least 8hrs however it may just take some time to adjust to the medication.

20 days sober today - an achievement that didn't seem possible not all that long ago. Surprisingly, I've really been enjoying this early phase of sobriety thanks to the support of family and friends. I didn't expect to be feeling so good this early on.

Just confirmed yesterday that bloods will be back next Wednesday - there was some delay in processing. I'll verbally get the results back from my doctor on Tuesday but will be able to post up the pathology report on the Wednesday.

That's me for this week - not a lot of physical progress, but mentally feeling better than ever.
