Checkin in for the week ladies and gentleman, first one post Bali and 8 days post putting initial blast numbers in.
everything is feeling good def not my best but you can expect that after a 10 day holiday in a different country and limited access to gym half the holiday.
weight was down by a kg on last checkin but with gh only being back in 1 week and only at 3iu that was expected. overall happy with the physique will be keen to see how much pop we can get back in it over the next few weeks !!!
still unsure on shows, we may end up gunning for season c shows but atm thats maybe looking unlikely with tissue required imo, classic lineups in Aus are no joke and I want the first one to be super competitive and if I'm not confident it will be its hard to get in the mindset of all in in prep.
In saying that in a great spot, plenty of time and training is only going to get better from here !!
