Starting to feel the added assistance and quite happy with the shots this morning, weight back up 1kg this week which is a nice change !!

Only change this week gone was 1iu extra gh, this week following will be no food changes just titrating up gh again to 5iu GH

Health is long term, you can be a bodybuilder and be healthy. :D thats why I'm anti-insulin use unless you're going pro.
