A good pull day in for the first one of the week, had a great sleep night before which I'm big on and starting to feel the up regulation in gear and gh now which is nice. didn't get any pump photos so here's some from posing from Monday morning fasted. weight sitting at 108.5 morning fasted

looking crazy man, do you always start legs with abs? (rope crunchs) have you found it helps the midsection? also what app do you use for sleep? i have an apple watch but the fucking thing needs to charge every 2nd night so its useless for sleep haha

Always start legs with abs as I find I get better midsection control from this and a means to turn my abdominals on before big movements.
Secondary to this I also don’t have to do them at the end when buckled so it’s win win.
I have an oura ring for that reason useless watch when you have to charge all the time, comes with oura app and charge lasts 7-8 days

Starting to feel the added assistance and quite happy with the shots this morning, up .9 this week which is a nice pickup again !!

Only change this week gone was 1iu extra gh, I felt it though and changed to new source as a mate of mine tied me over till I get on top of some and and wow did I feel it in the hands.
Seems to have bought a bit fuller look along with the liquid gold that is just superb.

Love the touchdown my man 💪 i know what you mean about feeling smoked after leg day, might try the ab trick you do see if i notice a difference, abs after legs is brutal lol.
