Some notes to address here, HDL cholesterol to low and need to look at getting that back in to range asap, not normally something I've seen on blood results this is what ill be doing to bring back into range alongside normal things as good diet and cardio.
KRILL OIL: Because of the molecular composition of krill oil, it generally tends to be a more favorable option than fish oil in terms of increasing HDLand lowering LDL as it is extremely rich is bioavailable phospholipids, omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, etc 1-3 grams seems to be a very good range for many people to see benefits in.
CITRUS BERGAMOT: due to the flavonoid constituents of bergamot, we can see it does a tremendous job at increasing HDL and doing tremendous things for your cholesterol as a whole. 500-2000mgs is the area many will stick to for HDL increasing purposes.
CoQ10: should be run in conjunction with citrus bergamot as they seem to have a 1+1=3 effect on your overall cholesterol and lipid panel. Even as low as 100-200mgs per day when ombined with citrus bergamot show some awesome changes on bloodwork
NIACIN: does an awesome job at increasing HDL by actually decreasing the fractional catabolic rate of HDL-apo Al without affecting the synthetic rate. 500-1000mgs per day show benefits to lipids.

other notes to take here are the ferritin, for an unknown reason my ferritin and iron levels have plummeted since last bloodworms ran, doc consult on this and will get a gastroenterology to find the cause of this, in the meantime I will be supplementing with beef spleen and beef liver supplements as I'm not a fan of iron supplements alone as they can be harsh on digestion issues.
Lastly but not least, super happy with where the testosterone levels are sitting based on total mg load atm if thats not a good indicator of amazing source of anabolic I don't know what is @Liquid Gold Labs is truly gold standard
