Approved Log 2026 Power lifting nationals Log

First day back in the gym in 5 days I’ve been nursing a back strain from last weekends comp.
Eatings been atrocious this week blood pressures up 130/90 today energy drinks have been flowing as well though. Hoping to get that dialled in next couple days. See training log below.

Start new stash of test e Monday powered by @Core Pharma (Core Pharma is not a sponsor I’m just logging his gear a mate of mine got a heap and it’s what I ended up with. I’ve got left over mast e, shogun Bpc and Sparta primo orals as well).
In 2 weeks I’m going to drop the mast and primo orals and run straight test at 125mg a week. Get my bloods done and see where I’m at.
After getting in contact with Core Pharma I’ll run exclusively on his gear for this cruise and into next blast for a transparent log.

Goals remain the same get strong fuck hard


DELOAD1

5min ride
20 mins mobility routine

Slider hip locks 2x10

Half kneeling over head reach hip block 2x 6 breaths. (For back strain from weekend comp)

Scap pulldowns, full lat pull downs, behind neck pull downs. 8,8,8 @40kg

Single leg press 3x12 @93kg rpe 6.5

Landmine single leg cross body RDL 3x12 @25kg plus bar

DB bench press 4x10 @45kg ES

Lat pulldown under hand grip 3x10 @50

DB alt curls 2x12 @20kg ES

Got through it fine once I was warm. Back is a bit angry now but I’m on the mend.

Coach has new block programmed for next week.
I got the beligas from a mate few months ago before we had a mast e shortage here in aus. This is the last of it. Not sure where he got it from but good gear.

Seemed to do the trick form me man. I did presence and potency test on it for mast and came back good.
I ran the whole blast on it and had no issues. Thanks for the heads up though.

Weight 90.7kg

.3 test e .3 mast e 25mg Sparta primo oral
Went in bicep to give the legs a rest this week. Slight pain like a dead arm went away after 30mins.

4.00am gym

5mins assault bike
15 min warm up mobility routine

Leg press 3x10 @190kg not including machine weight (machine weight 50-80kg)

Prone leg curl 3x8 @35kg

Tall kneeling db press 2x12 @20kgDB’s 1x10@25kgDB’s

Pull up’s 3x8 @BW

Single arm farmers carry 2x20m ES @85kg

New training block looking a little different to the way I usually train because of my back strain. It’s a nice change but I can’t wait to get back squatting and dead lifting.

@Limros Looks like a clean meal to me. You didn't drench it in a bunch of sauce and condiments. So, that's good.
