First day back in the gym in 5 days I’ve been nursing a back strain from last weekends comp.
Eatings been atrocious this week blood pressures up 130/90 today energy drinks have been flowing as well though. Hoping to get that dialled in next couple days. See training log below.

In 2 weeks I’m going to drop the mast and primo orals and run straight test at 125mg a week. Get my bloods done and see where I’m at.

Got through it fine once I was warm. Back is a bit angry now but I’m on the mend.
