Recent pics right here Im back to working in kitchen again so I'm gonna end pretty active definitely well over 10,000 steps a day I gotta cut more fat gonna start adding cardio once I adjust to the new working schedule ps I fucking hate cooking but it is legitimately one of my only talents in life 🤣

Set two 135 pounds 7 reps drop set to 115 pounds -7 reps
Set three 115 pounds 11 reps

Incline bench smith machine
Set one 115 pounds 11 reps
Set two 135 pounds 8 reps
Set three 115 pounds 11 reps
Set four 135 pounds 6 reps drop set to 115 8 reps

Iso lateral decline press
Set one 135 pounds 11 reps
Set two 185 pounds 7 reps drop set to 135 pounds 8 reps

150g of protein per day is fine man. Sure, it isn't the 300-400g some guys on here are pushing but it is enough. Don't stress trying to get more if you are struggling.

Yessir I'm at least trying to hit my body weight amount which is 210 I did better yesterday I got to 180 grams of protein I think I'll be able to hit 200 today I started drinking protein shakes
