With that sort of volume, I would imagine you need a solid amount.

And I would even recommend dropping your testosterone dose in half and keeping it more smooth.

9am eggs bacon cheese tortilla
11am muscle milk
2pm soft and hard taco
5pm beef burritos with green Chile
7pm chicken tortilla soup
10pm muscle milk

Cooking crab legs and lobster tails this evening. Should be fire. Love crab and lobster 🦞 😋

Tell me how u cook the lobster tails. I've never done it before. I don't want to overcook them.

i would always recommend boiling these types of things and testing internal temperature. too high a chance of food poisoning otherwise

Just be careful. A lot of people are allergic to Seafood. I think I'm allergic to shrimp.
