Have you tried rowing on a boat or doing some kayaking or that sort of thing?

I recently started doing that. It's a really good workout as well.
 
Make sure with that ham, it's not processed.
You don't want to be consuming those nitrates, they really do damage in the body.
 
Pineapple is hard because it changes your taste buds.
I don't blame you for not liking it.

Pump was great. I'm paying for it today. Back is tight as hell. I'm gonna cut dips out for a few weeks. I believe they are causing the tightness in my back. So ghostly that will help and start isolated on tri movements...

I sweat constantly. Wasn't reffering to me sweating in church. Said I sweat like a whore in church would!! Lol 😆 🤣

I use waygu ground beef and uncle Charlie's peppers and onions. Add lil brown sugar to the sauce.. strait fire 🔥

I decided to lower dose a lil. Look like this

Hgh 2iu
Dbol 30mg ed
Npp 300mg weekly
Test E at 500mg weekly
Proviron 25mg daily
Gw 20mg am

Will stick with this for first 8 weeks drop dbol after 5 weeks

Then go to
Tren a 250mg weekly
Test e at 300mg
Drol 50mg last 4 weeks
Hgh 2iu
Proviron 25mg
Gw 20mg am

Gonna run 12-14 weeks total then to trt
