I’m 29 years old at 97kgs ( 213.8484lbs for the american bros!! ) with around 20% body fat, give or take.
Ive been running test e for the past 2 years havent came off cylce and dont plan to, ive been running 250mg< of test e with a few compounds thrown into the blend
Deca,Npp. The most ive ran till this day is 300mg test e and 300mg deca for 20weeks. i got to 103kgs ( 227.0761lbs for the american bros ) felt like an absolute weapon in the gym but ultra sluggish out of the gym! aggression was very nice mood was amazing sex drive was hell high, very consistent mood with deca!
Anyways im in need for some educated advice on how to run my blasts without wrecking myself.
Currently eating at maintenance calories which are 4100 ( average 10k steps a day ) holding onto 97kgs.

Bf 20% give or take ( no dexa scan )
5"9 height
Supps:

Magnesium

Creatine
Training Cycle:
4 days a week PL programming all coached im mainly into powerlifting training compound movements.
Diet:
ive had great success with carbon app, im doing a recomp at the minute just holding onto what ive got till i make the next step into my blast.
IIFYM 4100 cals P209 C510 F136 Fibre 35g Eating clean and high veg NO JUNK to hit macros.......
please advice would be nice on what to add into stacks.. Kind of leaning towards primo and dbols..... open to any suggestions, dosages,duration,Ai bla bla bla please feel free pass down the knowledge thanks bros.
