hope your all doing well!
I’m 29 years old at 97kgs ( 213.8484lbs for the american bros!! ) with around 20% body fat, give or take.
Ive been running test e for the past 2 years havent came off cylce and dont plan to, ive been running 250mg< of test e with a few compounds thrown into the blend
Deca,Npp. The most ive ran till this day is 300mg test e and 300mg deca for 20weeks. i got to 103kgs ( 227.0761lbs for the american bros ) felt like an absolute weapon in the gym but ultra sluggish out of the gym! aggression was very nice mood was amazing sex drive was hell high, very consistent mood with deca!

Anyways im in need for some educated advice on how to run my blasts without wrecking myself.

Currently eating at maintenance calories which are 4100 ( average 10k steps a day ) holding onto 97kgs.

Stats: are the following
29 as stated above
Crusing 250mg< Test e
97kg ( 213.8484lbs )
Bf 20% give or take ( no dexa scan )
5"9 height

Supps:
Nac
Niacin
Magnesium
Vitamin d
Zinc
Metformin 500
Creatine

Training Cycle:
4 days a week PL programming all coached im mainly into powerlifting training compound movements.

Diet:
ive had great success with carbon app, im doing a recomp at the minute just holding onto what ive got till i make the next step into my blast.
IIFYM 4100 cals P209 C510 F136 Fibre 35g Eating clean and high veg NO JUNK to hit macros.......

please advice would be nice on what to add into stacks.. Kind of leaning towards primo and dbols..... open to any suggestions, dosages,duration,Ai bla bla bla please feel free pass down the knowledge thanks bros.

@Abolone well this is pretty much the same as your old thread. I saw this earlier.

Lets talk first.

Diet, we need to know your meal times foods and when you eat them
Training, we need to know exercises reps sets and weights
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Also we need pictures,
pictures of you face blurred
pics of your food
pics of your training
pics of your supps
and a pic of a person where you feel you want to be, like you to ___ what body
 
BLOODS! higher reading is deca300mg test300mg
Lower reading is test only test300mg

DIET vegetables are not added. I don't count oils or vegetables
I generally eat the same things throughout the week and add or subtract so doesn't always = prescribed macros but I always hit cals and in surplus in protein

In the same boat! Just finished a bulk to 223lbs which is the heaviest i've ever been. Just like you said, gym performance was amazing but......

UPDATE.


Hope everyone is having a great week!!
ok so i went into my new block today
started my bench day 122.5kg 3 sets of 4 went 4/3/3 keep getting more and more fatigued and grinding reps hmmmm ..
went into my drop down set as programmed 115kg 2sets of 6 GG got 5 reps and pretty much was broken down lol..
deloaded to 100kg and finished that off it happens, ahwell went into DB press 2 sets at 40kg was sweet no issues then into dips easy easy just got ruined by my main lift sigh......

Sleep that night before was only 4hrs, calories still the same sitting at 4100, steps the day before were 20,000.. and 14,400 today.. yesss had a big day at work weather was pretty hot outdoors and also hydration wasnt the best..... theses could all be a factor or the harsh reality is me being shit but lets make excuses haha....

Started to cruise at 160mgs shot at twice a week
Got a PED coach Planning to run 250mg test 250mg mast 250mg deca and slight surplus ill mess around with 4700 cals and adjust accordingly

Also have added some new photos thanks guys theses are most recent thanks heaps have a great week.
