just woke up from a nice 9hr sleep rest has improved alot since starting GH use to average 6hrs now im getting average 8-9!
This is how i start my day 7 days a week with a shake
150g berries , 60G brown rice protein ( good for my stomach ) 90g oats , 200ML almond milk , 10g almond butter add 400ML water.
followed by 4 medjool dates theyre a super food!!!
Morning supps nac 500mg, high strength omega 3s 5ml, 500mg zinc
morning shots 15iu slin, 1iu generic gh

today will be weekly check in so ill update what the changes will be maybe a bump in cals as im hungry!!!!!
question inregards to halo i have some on hand and thought ill throw one in before gym as a prework out kind of thing i ran 10mgs 20mins before training was in the gym for around 1.5hrs or so... Nothing? should i try 20mg? i had absolute no "RAGE"
