Slins Ok I don't notice anything just yet????? Carbs high diet on point rest on point ?

What am I expecting exactly? Pumps?

Carbs seems fine no issues most carbs coming from rice I love rice 😋

I get huge pumps from 4iu GH and 10iu of insulin w/ 300 grams sweet mash potato beforehand
 
Slow acting.

Gains are OK looking full well see in the next few weeks!!!

TRICEP PUSH DOWNS 4X12S - WEIGHT?

AB wheel 3x10

overall feeling good only thing ive noticed is back muscle aches when i sit for long periods EG driving my legs feel like ima child again and getting " growing pains " ? HURTS bad!!!!!!!! i have to pull over and go for a quick stretch.. this all came after HGH.... is this a SIDE?

Morning all
just woke up from a nice 9hr sleep rest has improved alot since starting GH use to average 6hrs now im getting average 8-9!
This is how i start my day 7 days a week with a shake
150g berries , 60G brown rice protein ( good for my stomach ) 90g oats , 200ML almond milk , 10g almond butter add 400ML water.
followed by 4 medjool dates theyre a super food!!!
Morning supps nac 500mg, high strength omega 3s 5ml, 500mg zinc
morning shots 15iu slin, 1iu generic gh @WildcatLabs thanks for the best generics!

today will be weekly check in so ill update what the changes will be maybe a bump in cals as im hungry!!!!!


question inregards to halo i have some on hand and thought ill throw one in before gym as a prework out kind of thing i ran 10mgs 20mins before training was in the gym for around 1.5hrs or so... Nothing? should i try 20mg? i had absolute no "RAGE"

@Abolone strong training day this is possible to have pains like carpel tunnel and tightness , did you up the dose beyond 4iu?

I wouldnt use the halo that might be causing the issues, why not go with anadrol?
but overall diet is fine but lacking protein you're at what 150-19 grams? how about 250 bro

this was all happening before the halo im saying its the HGH bro!
