Day4 bench day
Db flyes 2x12s -10kg to lose up peak tear
Bench wide grip hand out from normal grip 4x10 -90kg
Push ups 2x10s +10
KB bottom up press 2x8
Face pulls 2x12
Triceps 4x12s
Biceps 4x12s
Intra work out 8x rice cakes with 3 medjool dates and 2L water.
No anadrol today =( lol​

I too Respect those who post photos of themselves training⚡ WARRIORS, abalone make sure you get optimal recovery tonight, 7-9 hours of sleep, I recommend pre cooling your room, studies show that this helps people fall asleep better... also no screentime a few hours prior bedtime, this disrupts the chemicals in the brain responsible for sleep💪

Not a fan of the massive arch with tip toes while benching. I think they should outlaw that and go feet flat on the floor. Turns it into a decline bench. Too many feds with slack rules.

Feeling overall great 15iu slin morning 1iu @WildcatLabs generic HGH
cals nice and High 4400 steps 14k average a day.. I felt abit weird at some stage today having mental blanks and all was atad hungry makes sense why they say keep food with you on slin.... glucose levels probably declined after I ate I came back to life lol 😆

150g Aussie Tiger prawns
6x egg whites
350g Jasmine rice

I need alot of food to put weight on/hold weight which Is annoying thankfully liquid calories are pulling me out of the hole here😆...

overall feeling good only thing ive noticed is back muscle aches when i sit for long periods EG driving my legs feel like ima child again and getting " growing pains " ? HURTS bad!!!!!!!! i have to pull over and go for a quick stretch.. this all came after HGH.... is this a SIDE?
