@Abolone cramping happens but you need more than potassium from food, get some electrolyte mixes so you get magnesium etc too bro

Been cramping a fair bit during training mainly doing nordic/ harop curls my water intake is 3L potassium is fairly high also ( bananas, medool dates, quinoa )
Rested today feeling a lil sore from the weights thought I'll enjoy my day and spend sometime with my mother ended up going to a local Cafe I had Poached eggs on toast with some side spinach and tomatoes with lemon grass ginger tea to drink
It's the simple things in life that mean the most enjoyed this moment with my mum sorry slightly off topic this is more so a appreciation post lol.. don't forget about your mums bros give them the tender love and care they deserve
