went a little off program today as next weeks a deload..
i went SSB SQUATS 4x140, 4x160, 4x170, 3x195 - missed a rep lol pretty sad only can blame myself got to focus harder...
Bench press 3x5 pause every rep 117.5kg ( benching 3x a week )

Split Squats 3x6 2-3RIR 30kg db
Lying leg curls 3x10
ab wheel 3x10 ( knees full rom )
8 weeks away from competing, right bicep tenden is being annoying im seeing a phsyio / getting remedial massages / cupping / needling every second week ( monday ) which is helping maintain my body under loads......
next week is a deload weights drop in percentages, after this deload orals will the thrown in
