Veteran Log 29yo Steroid Blast And Cruise Journey Log

Tendinitis sucks. In the two competitions I was training for I had it running my entire arms length. Everytime I went under the bar for bench I feared I was going to drop it on myself.

98kg.
I have a Long way to go but I'm on the right track 👣 goals 110kg I'm 5'9 in height

I know how bad dry joints feels I don't even want to know what tendinitis is like

cals are @ 4600- we didnt bump them to 5k just yet im holding weight this morning i was 97.8kg lol in comes another bump its annoying my metobolic rate sucks.......
DECA im really enjoying it ( im running it at 300mgs ) havent pushed passed 300mgs even in previouscycles seems to work well for me..
current stack -Test/mast/deca- + 4iu generic HGH + ( anadrols in 2wks cant wait )

Lock big 3 2x10
scapula protraction 2x10
side planks 2x30s
thread needle 2x8
band pull aparts 2x8

bench 3x3 135kg moves OK feels comfortable
slingshot bench 2x3 155 ( blue sling )
bench press 2x5 120
db shoulder press 2x8 32.5kg
weighted dips 3x6 +20kg plate most ive done PB
chest supported rows 4x8s - 160kg with straps
tricep over head 4x8 30kg?weight?? cant recall send it i was tired and just got it done at this stage

time to contiune to push 8 weeks away.
massage/needling/cupping booked for every second monday!

Awesome layout as always. I've been loving the deca. Looks like my upcoming cycle is fairly similar to yours.

Cardio is step based I average 10k a day
When the weather gets better in Australia I plan on cycling ( not cycling roids ) real men bNc 👊 lol

Protein shake uhm nah bro never before I have a good feed afterwards though maybe it's something I should consider?

@Abolone I'm a fan of self-TRT so BNC is basically self-TRT so you have my support bro :)

protein shakes you should do PWO for sure, get some extra size on you
 
short update nothing overly exciting. apart from trying DSIP 300mcg for the first time can say its pretty nice probably had the best sleep of my life.... not gonna lie, it doesnt work like a sleeping pill, it doesnt prolong your sleep it just allows the body to enter its natural deep sleep state. pretty nice i have to say!!

I had my weekly check in with coach @AE1079 my weight has become stagment ( 98kg ) so its time to bump cals + tweak a few things ;) thanks bro.
pretty excited my cals will sit at around 5000 ( little shy of 5k sits around 4900 or so ) now time to grow grow, esp once theses orals take place lol....


Fortnightly massage/cupping/needles tomorrow and then into a deload weights drop in percentages ( working at around 75% )

Really interested in how anadrol increases your strength. I will be starting in about 8 weeks. I’m also contemplating using Masteron with it to help control some water retention.

Yeah man km interested also I've only ever done anadrol as a prework out.. didn't get much out of it! Let's see how it goes! Haha I'm chasing the water retention tryna get as heavy as we can here 🤣 I also run mast I think it's sole for e2 management

No I’ve never tried it. I will be using it while cutting so at least I won’t be carb loaded with water retention. If for some reason 50mg is too much It’s easy to cut in half. I don’t think it will be a problem though as I seem to be able to manipulate water weight pretty easy. I’m on 500 test and 400 NPP right now with zero noticable water retention. I also am stocked with telmasartan and plan on going 80mg when I start the drol.
