Tendinitis sucks. In the two competitions I was training for I had it running my entire arms length. Everytime I went under the bar for bench I feared I was going to drop it on myself.

cals are @ 4600- we didnt bump them to 5k just yet im holding weight this morning i was 97.8kg lol in comes another bump its annoying my metobolic rate sucks.......
DECA im really enjoying it ( im running it at 300mgs ) havent pushed passed 300mgs even in previouscycles seems to work well for me..
current stack -Test/mast/deca- + 4iu generic HGH + ( anadrols in 2wks cant wait )

db shoulder press 2x8 32.5kg
weighted dips 3x6 +20kg plate most ive done PB
chest supported rows 4x8s - 160kg with straps
tricep over head 4x8 30kg?weight?? cant recall send it i was tired and just got it done at this stage
time to contiune to push 8 weeks away.
massage/needling/cupping booked for every second monday!

No I’ve never tried it. I will be using it while cutting so at least I won’t be carb loaded with water retention. If for some reason 50mg is too much It’s easy to cut in half. I don’t think it will be a problem though as I seem to be able to manipulate water weight pretty easy. I’m on 500 test and 400 NPP right now with zero noticable water retention. I also am stocked with telmasartan and plan on going 80mg when I start the drol.Hope your well bro!
Yeah man km interested also I've only ever done anadrol as a prework out.. didn't get much out of it! Let's see how it goes! Haha I'm chasing the water retention tryna get as heavy as we can hereI also run mast I think it's sole for e2 management
