OK so
Nothing out of the usual body weights travelling well getting a little chunky now.. since I'm going up in weight class and trying to get as heavy as I can in 7 weeks for my powerlifting comp.
Added a few photos of current condition not overly great abs still visible but they're vanishing
this is only for 7 week mass bulk then into a cruise dose anyway well take it week by week as coach suggests.. right now main focus is to push as much weight as we can on the day.....

Androls will be added in next week, so things are going to change fast! Bring it on.
