Weekly update, week 2 day 1 squats
Fortnightly massage and cupping was done today then went into train ive been sick the past two days and missed a day of training, coach said to start the new week rather then do the missed day... sigh, ahwell.. everything was hard and heavy today for what ever reason.

ab wheel 3x10 ( knees full rom )
feeling a little slow and sluggish conditioning is very poor at the BW im a slug lol getting stronger just having long breaks inbetween sets due to being a unconditioned mess
