Weekly update, week 2 day 1 squats

Fortnightly massage and cupping was done today then went into train ive been sick the past two days and missed a day of training, coach said to start the new week rather then do the missed day... sigh, ahwell.. everything was hard and heavy today for what ever reason.

banded glute bridge 2x10
Glute clam + IR 2x10
banaded crab walks 2x10
Squats
SSB SQUATS 3x3 175kg - heavy and hard today due was sick all day yesterday excuses yeah yeah rah rah meek.
Bench press 3x3 130
BB RDL 3X6 140
Split Squats 3x6 2-3RIR 30kg db
Lying leg curls 3x10
ab wheel 3x10 ( knees full rom )

feeling a little slow and sluggish conditioning is very poor at the BW im a slug lol getting stronger just having long breaks inbetween sets due to being a unconditioned mess 😂😂 5weeks till comp.

real activation training PUSHED hard
 
one of the things i also recommend for the spine is hot yoga. it literally saved my life
 
Rested today havent been feeling over all good.
Been running into some issues thought it was high cals and high carbs which would be part of the reason, but we have came to the conclusion that its the anadrol.. (2 weeks in ) im having all the sides from it, sluggish, fatigue , feeling sick and dizzy, acne..... ahwell we tried guess anadrol isnt for me dose was 50mg On training days ( 200mg a week ) felt like rubbish... so we are dropping it and running anavar lets see how this goes.

Ahh that's sucks man. Good to see you keeping on top of your well-being nothing is more important.

damn that cupping looks awesome that's why Olympians do it it does work
