Looking at doing a second cycle. My last was a test only cycle. I’m currently on a TRT dose of 200mg a week and was doing a cycle of 500 a week for 12 weeks up until about a month ago. It went well with my main side effect being some acne on my back which wasn’t fun and I’m still dealing with.

Trying to plan what’s next and when. I went from 158lbs at about 7% bf to 201 and now down to 191lbs at about 12% bf. Looking to continue bulking but want more or a lean bulk/recomp than this last cycle. Test has me feeling and looking more puffy than I want and the acne on my back is something I’d like to avoid if possible.

What’s next? I was looking at Tren E to combine with the test in a 1/1 dose with my existing TRT base. Is that even a thing?

Supps will remain the same:

Multi
Fish oil
Nguard 7 caps
Vit d

Just starting the planning. Would love to keep injections to 2x per week if possible and open to orals if there is something that would be a good. Looking for recommendations on what could be good for a second cycle based on these parameters and when I may want to consider starting.

Tren is an advanced steroid. I would hold off until you have a little more cycle experience u see your belt.
How about test/eq or test/deca.

That’s exactly why I’m here. You guys all guided me very well with my diet, cycle and training last time and I want the next level now that I know how I respond to the test c I’ve been on. I’ll do some research on EQ and Deca to start with based on this suggestion.

If you plan on utilizing a Nandrolone compound I would look into Npp and adding in atleast 25mg of proviron balance out the dht/dhn in the body.

Npp reason being is if it doesn't agree with you it's a shorter ester and can clear the system in a few weeks time, decca however can remain for months in the body, just something to think about.

Many people sleep on proviron it is a powerhouse component that I would recommend adding into a cycle.

EQ is a slow burn and you need to run it ( imo of course atleast 16 weeks for a real true benefit. EQ is great for a recomp or lean bulk if done properly and diet is on point.

I would look into Test/EQ/Npp/proviron and add in aromasin as and AI I think that could be a damn good cycle.

I'd set it up like this, and it will vary for everyone.

Test E or C 300/350mg a week
EQ 300/400mg a week
NPP 200-/300mg a week
Proviron 25mg

that will give u some wiggle room, i typically run lower dosages for all my compounds, but that is just me.

Imo it's not how much mgs you take it's the synergy you create with utilizing all the compounds

personally I'd opt for the the 800mg total for the Test/Eq/Npp

300/300/200/25

We aren't looking for the home run here we are looking for gaining more experience and a quality hassle free cycle with minimal sides. Is my logic on that.


I would definitely hold off on tren it isn't something you should run out the gate, experiment with the less harsh compounds first get alot of experience in, then decide if tren is the right move for you.

Remember this is a marathon mo a sprint, long term steady gains we can keep is what we are after here.

As far as time off, a good rule of thumb is time on should be equal to time off. That being said you should also be making sure your bloods are good before proceeding even if it takes a little longer

Excellent catch gentz I got so caught up in explaining it, I forgot to mention how important bloodwork is and imo is mandatory. Thanks adding that.

  • Height: 5’10”
  • Weight: 190 lbs
  • Body Fat % (estimated): ~12-15%?
  • Training Experience (in years): 1.5
Training:
  • 12 week program is all laid out. Please see attached images of the reps and sets day by day.
Diet:
  • Daily Caloric Intake: 3030
  • Macronutrient Split: 300g Protein / 300g Carbs / 70g Fat
Meal Plan:
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with protein/ Protein pancakes, MetRX Big 100 Protein Bar with Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt
  • Lunch: Lean protein like canned chicken or tuna fish with sweet potato or jasmine rice and broccoli
  • Dinner: very similar to lunch with lean ground beef/chicken/turkey with salad and a complex carb like rice or sweet potatoes.
  • Snacks: Beef jerky and/or protein bars or other higher protein snacks. Try to limit these as most are not great. Much prefer sticking to real foods.
I will make sure my food logs are uploaded each day as I want you guys to hold me accountable if I am out of line with anything.

  • N2Guard 7 caps
  • Brain MD Brain & Body Power Max (This contains an Omega 3, Brain and Memory Power Boost, and Neurovite Plus. Pictures of package with supplement facts attached.)

  • I am super open to ideas and love the input I’ve gotten here in the past. Looking for advice on diet, compounds, and training.

I think you can easily do a 500mgs testosterone cycle it would be perfect of a fit with your TRT if you ask me

+testosterone for high test
+anavar light 4 weeks to feel it 50mgs ed
pin 2x/week mon/thur

on the diet training
you've done the updates before so lets keep the updates coming please

I dont really think you need bloods since you're on TRT and you have n2guard, you look good and feel good so lets slam this cycle.

The test made me get moon face and just feel puffy everywhere. I added in aromasin for an ai and went 12 weeks but this time, I’d like to keep the trt dose and do somethinng else that may be a bit stronger with a leaner/harder look. Its been about 7 weeks now that I’ve been off the blast and back to my normal 200mg/week.

Well masteron or winstrol will give u a grainy harder look but u got to be 10% bodtfst or lower for that. Don't overwhelm yourself pick compounds that line up with your goals.
