2nd cycle was thinking 500 test, 300 primo and 300 tren

Is this a decent cycle to do?

I'm currently sitting at 160kg, 6'5
I've been told multiple times i should lose weight before cycling because of sides at this body fat %.
first cycle went good at 500 test e and 200 primo i only weighed around 140kg at the time and got strong asf. But since injuries ive been out of training and footy season is over. Im fully recovered now
But I'm keen to get back into it. Basically i want to gain some muscle back and hope to drop weight at the same time.

Is there a better cycle i should run for my plans or is this ok.
Any information is good.

I don't think losing "weight" is a pre-requisite for using steroids, thats total broscience.

If you want to start a cycle, we should get a log going so you can share your diet training cardio sleep and history.

I suggest you try this cycle, easy to do.
250mgs testosterone/week
200mgs primobolan/week
thats sports TRT+ level
add n2guard for organ liver support ED

but start the LOG now before you start the cycle so we can guide you as the EVO family into a full cycle

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
We have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

it really depends on what you mean is it a good cycle. tren at a higher body fat % is gonna be miserable with the side effects
 
you sound like a big dude from your stats
what is your body fat can you put up some pictures
 
you are a perfect candidate to get your log going
we will help you lose weight and do it the same way
 
start your log and help us out more than this
you didn't give us much to work with aside from what steroids you want to use and some basic stats

include pictures so we can tell you your body fat

Bit too much too soon for a 2nd cycle. Where do you go from here... 3g next time? C'mon
 
it really depends on what you mean is it a good cycle. tren at a higher body fat % is gonna be miserable with the side effects
ok so tren is bad for me? i thought it would help lose a bit of weight while gaining decent size
 
generally it's best to run steroids when you're less than 15% body fat
if you're a power lifter then 18% is reasonable
Ok ill go get a body fat check over at the local asn. doubt i ill be getting that lean tho. ive been permo bulking since birth

This is everyone's goal but the reality is it's very difficult to do this effectively in a short period of time. This should be a 30-40 week plan(not with drugs the whole time) in which you eat at maintenance with high protien and slowly start to increase cals and then start drugs 15-18 weeks in to help you progress.
Currently you aren't in good condition for this or drugs especially not something as powerful as tren.
Glad you responded to the guys and are making the correct decision to get bodyfat down. Use this time to perfect your training/diet/discipline and then think about using drugs to get to the next level.
