meal 2 200 g chicken with rice and pineapple
meal 3 200 g mince steak with potatoe
meal 4 fish with greens
meal 5 usually yoghurt and raspberries with dark chocolate
i take creative and bcaa nothing else supplement wise
just started back 2 weeks eating clean as above
but out body fat back on feel like not got much size and would like to progress in a safe but productive way first pic a year ago last pic recent
