I am 4 weeks out from Nationals utilizing @pur-pharma-canada
Weeks 4-16 and currently running:
Test Cypionate 500 mg per week
Andriol testosterone oral pharma caps 40 mg daily
Arimidex 1mg evod
NPP 300 mg per week
EQ 500-800 mg per week

Changing out to : @pur-pharma-canada (4 weeks out)

Tren Ace 100mg evod
Masteron propionate 100mg evod
Testosterone cypionate 500 mg weekly cut it at two weeks out
Arimidex 1mg daily
Winstrol tabs oral 100mg daily.
Andriol pharma caps as needed 40mg oral gel caps.

FLASHBACK FRIDAY, 4 weeks out officially to Canadian National Pro Qualifier, 2nd time in a row, I competed as a light heavy weight in open bb last year, this year I qualified again with another first place win at my open regional in the Masters 35+ division, I posted some shots from the last year of my preps and shows, going to destroy my arms today 20 sets of biceps, 20 sets of triceps, I do barbell curls, preacher curls, dumbbell curls and cable curls for biceps and for triceps I do dips, then rope pull downs, skullcrushers, and end with overhead extensions , again 40 sets in total not including warmups. I will ride my bike to gym to warmup, train , do 30 minutes on the elliptical then bike home for cooldown, im about to have a meal replacement shake with a shot of protein added to it, to get my engine running, a quick black coffee with sweetener and I’m off to do arms I will grab footage on my iPad when there, this gym I’m going to today is called raise the bar and it’s only a year old; including all of the equipment, it really is a nice place to train, cheers gentleman oh and one more thing I’m going to do a 1cc test cyp injection in my right shoulder, and take a 40 mg Andriol test gel cap to boost my workout. I’ll attach a pic of what I’m taking now, and will add my cutting cycle when it arrives early next week, as always keeping me huge jacked and ready to rock @pur-pharma-canada. Later dudes.
